Working towards your health, fitness, weight & aesthetic goals.
Personal Training Mindset
Nothing worth doing ever came easy.
Nothing worth doing ever happened instantly.
Nothing worth doing got done vaguely.
Let's do something worth doing!
Goals & Time
Allocating your time and establishing clear, measurable goals is our roadmap to success. What gets measured gets done.
Follow the process (and the science)
Then, we set the process in play. We adhere to (and trust in) the process - measure, iteratively develop - and go forward again.
I'll be there to help you every step of the way.
Rules?
I have some rules, though:
- You're ultimately responsible for your success. I can't do it for you. (I wish I could, sorry!)
- I'll be 'kind'. But not 'nice'. i.e. I'll be honest with you throughout.
- We need to be committed. I'm asking you to be all in. Things may side-swipe you along the way, but I'm here to help - and we get back up, and keep moving forward.
- Show up and give it your best.
- Let's have fun whilst doing it.
I will work with you to help you to set, and then achieve, your goals. It's simple. I'll help you on your journey - guiding, advising, motivating and giving you everything I have to get you to the destination.
It will be hard work - but fun too!
How does it work?
- We have an initial meeting or zoom call to see if there is 'a fit' and we want to work together.
- We have an initial goal setting session (1-2 hours) to ascertain nutrition, current activity, goals, lifestyle and your time availability. We'll do some measurements and a bunch of 'test exercises' to establish where you are starting from. We'll discuss any injuries, challenges, preferences etc
- We set a programme that fits your needs.
- if you book a 6 week or 12 week block booking, you also get access to me via email, SMS, WhatsApp etc or, if needed, we can do a phone call.
- We meet weekly (or twice weekly if needed) at an agreed time and we do what it takes to get you to your goals.
- We can meet in person or over Zoom. I prefer 'in person' as I think it is a lot better, but whatever works for you.
