We ask that you use the classes within 12months of purchase.
Attend any of our classes you like, day or night. The only classes that these do not apply to are Joe Sidey's cardio class on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm.
Absolutely. As a couple, or as a family, you can buy a block of classes and use them as and when you wish.
At the moment, it's just a manual sheet of paper. Each person/couple gets an individual sheet. We note down when you purchased, and how many classes you purchased. We bring those sheets to all the classes. Each sheet has rows of grey boxes. Let's say you purchase 16 classes. We would then draw a square around each grey box for 16 boxes. Then, when you attend a class, we simply put a cross in a box and make a note of the date.
Over time, we will turn this into some kind of online app. But, for now, we're keeping things simple.
You can check your sheet each class. Or, you can message me and I'll send you a picture of the sheet over email or WhatsApp.
The classes you have bought do not have to be used in any particular order or by any particular date. They are not time-bound in any way except for needing to be used within 12 months.
Not at all. if one person can't make it to a class, or wants to attend different classes, then that's perfectly okay. They can be used in whatever way suits you best.
